Resistant to Pickling, Annealing, High Temperatures, Weather and Chemicals
The PIC-ANNEAL® specialty metal tag was developed for use as a barcode/tracking tag to withstand the rigors of pickling and/or annealing processes as well as high temperatures, weather and chemicals. Barcode information is imaged on the tag with the InfoTag® Laser Marker or one of our other laser tag printers.
The Only Galvanizing Tags with Text and Barcodes that Survive The Entire Galvanizing Process
The American Galvanizer’s Association lists 9 steps in the hot dip galvanizing process. Since 2001, our KettleTag®PLUS has been surviving them all.
Labels which may be applied to cast surfaces!!
FoamTag™ labels consist of a laser markable stainless metal tag and a foam adhesive that conforms and adheres aggressively to rough surfaces such as castings.
The Only Tag for Traceability In Atmospheric Annealing Ovens and Cycles of Long, High Heat
In 1994 InfoTag® from InfoSight solved the problem of tagging freshly cast steel during cool-down. With the X-Tag™, we offer barcodeable metal tags that won’t self destruct during long heat soaks and multiple annealing cycles.
ToughTag™ is an ideal low-cost barcode tracking tag for identifying industrial equipment such as valves and racks, located in harsh environments indoors or outdoors. Barcode information is imaged on the specially coated metal tag with a low power CO2 laser marker, such as the LabeLase® 1000 Tag Printer.
AlumaTag™ is a high temperature aluminum barcode tag designed to be affixed to molten aluminum ingots and logs. In many cases it will also survive homogenizing furnaces up to 1000° F, insuring positive product identification throughout processing. Barcodes, graphics and text information are imaged on the specially coated aluminum tag with a low-power CO2 laser, such as the small desktop LabeLase® 1000 or the industrial duty LL28xx-series.
ShotTag™ features include real-time printing of custom information and resistance to common cleaning solutions and high-temperature paint curing. ShotTag™ is a metal barcode tag specifically formulated to survive the process of painting fabricated steel.
